均聚糖和异聚糖）的含量用改进的方法进行了测定，该方法的相对误差小于４％，具有良好的重复性，线性范围含糖量０～３０μｇ。结论：利用在改进的测定条件下测得的各种单糖的校正系数，可以以葡萄糖为标准品对组成己知的寡糖或多糖的含量进行测定。
OBJECTIVE:Toestablishamethodfordeterminationofthecontentofoligoandpolysaccharides,usingonlyglucoseasthestandard.METHOD:Theabsorbancecorrectioncoeficentsofseveralmonosaccharidesweredeterminedwiththemodifiedphenol-sulfuricacidmethodandthenusedinthecalculationofthecontentofsaccharides.RESULTS:Themodifiedmethodwasusedfordeterminationofthesaccharidecontentoffouroligosac-charideandfourpolysacchridesamples,andwasshowntobeexcelentinaccuracyandreproducibility,withrelativeerrorlessthan4%.Thelinearrangeofsaccharidecontentwas0～30μg.CONCLUSION:Thecorrectioncoefi-cientsdeterminedwiththemodifiedphenol-sulfuricacidcanbesuccessfulyusedfordeterminationofthecontentofoligo-andpolysaccharideswithonlyglucoseasthestandard.
