摘要
物流专业是应用型比较强的专业,要想培养出适合企业需求的毕业生,就必须进行深度广泛的校企合作。本文对物流管理专业校企合作的问题进行分析,指出了当前物流管理专业校企合作主要存在法规制度不完善,合作双方利益不一致,缺乏长效的运行机制和只重视物流技能培养,缺乏综合素质培养等问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
Logistics specialty is a strong application-oriented specialty.In order to cultivate graduates who meet the needs of enterprises,it is necessary to carry out deep and extensive school enterprise cooperation.This paper analyzes the problems of school enterprise cooperation of logistics management specialty,points out that the current school enterprise cooperation of logistics management specialty is mainly imperfect in laws and regulations;the interests of both parties are inconsistent,lack of long-term operation mechanism,only pay attention to the training of logistics skills,lack of comprehensive quality training and other problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these problems.
