摘要
我国海带养殖产量居世界首位,年产淡干海带80多万t,每年用于生产褐藻胶、碘及甘露醇的海带约占总产量的2/3以上。目前,我国褐藻胶年产量已达3万t,占世界总产量的70%,但一直未有统一的行业标准,各企业采用的测定方法不同,产品得率也存在较大差异,从而影响到原料消耗和单位产品能耗的计算,同时无法准确了解原料含胶量及生产效率。为此,研究制定了农业行业标准《海带中碘、褐藻胶、甘露醇含量的测定》方法,其中褐藻胶含量的测定采用质量法和醋酸钙法。该方法加标回收率>92.0%,质量法和醋酸钙法两方法间的相对偏差<1.2%,能够满足检测要求。
China ranks first in the world yields of Kelp cultivation.Annual output of dry Kelp is more than 800,000 tons,and the kelp for the production of alginate,iodine and mannitol is about two-third stotal Kelp output annually.At present,annual output of alginate in China has reached 30,000 tons,accounted for 70% of the total world.However,it has been lack of uniform industry standard.The production enterprises adopted different determination methods of alginate,iodine and mannitol,and product yield was also quite different,which affected the consumption of raw materials and energy consumption per unit of product been calculated.Therefore,we studied and formulated the agricultural industry standard "the determination methods of iodine,alginate,mannitol contents in Kelp".Alginate content in Kelp was determined by gravimetric method and calcium acetate method.The method recoveries 92.0%,the gravimetric and calcium acetate method relative deviation between the two methods 1.2%,to meet the testing requirements
