摘要 利用纤维素酶解海带中纤维素组分,可以提高海藻酸钠的浸出质量。单因素实验后,通过正交实验确定了酶解提取海藻酸钠条件为: 40℃,pH5.0,缓冲液用量为 50ml,作用时间为 12h,加酶量为 120μ/g 干海带质量 。酶解法与传统法提取海藻酸钙相比,浸出质量由 2.0216g 上升至 2.4487g,提高了 21.13%。 After cellulase hydrolysis of kelp, the extracted weight of alginates is improved. After single factor experiments, The technological conditions for cellulase hydrolysis were optimized through the orthogonal experiment. The optimal experiment conditions were gotten: 40℃, pH5.0, the volume of amortization liquor 50ml, reaction time 12h, the weight of cellulose 120μ/g.Contrating to traditional extracting process, the weight of calcium alginate can be improved from 2.0216 to 2.4487g.
