摘要
目的:对中药抗心肌缺血作用及作用机制进行文献整理和分析。方法:通过中国知网,PubMed,sciencedirect等数据库。检索了近5年来,中药抗心肌缺血的作用,按照不同的作用机制进行分类,罗列出抗心肌缺血的作用部位。结果:通过整理发现中药抗心肌缺血的作用机制包括:降低心肌耗氧、清除氧自由基、抑制钙超载、抑制细胞凋亡、调节血栓素A2(TXA2)/前列腺素I2(PGI2)和一氧化氮(NO)/内皮素(ET-1)的比值、促血管生成等方面。结论:现在中药能从不同方面,不同途径起到抗心肌缺血的作用,但目前研究都还只处于实验阶段,没有深入到分子基因水平,在今后研究中要应用更多的现代科学技术来研究抗心肌缺血作用机制。
Objective：This article summarizes the mechanism of Chinese medicine treating anti-myocardial ischemia based on the collection and analysis of the associated literatures. Method： Search the databases including CNKI, PubMed, Elsevier etc and collect the literatures concerning about the effect of Chinese medicine on antimyocardial ischemia in these five years, which were sorted by different mechanism. Result：The common mechanism of Chinese medicine treating anti-myocardial ischemia include the reduction of myocardial oxygen consumption, the clearing of free radicle, the inhibition of calcium overload and cell apoptosis, the adjustment of the ratio of TXA2/ PGI2 and NO/ET-1, and the promotion of blood vessel neogenesis etc. Conclusion： The Chinese medicine can play the role of myocardial ischemia from different aspects, but the studies are still at an experimental stage, they even not reach the molecular genetic level, and more modern technology are needed in the future research.
