摘要
目的:应用数据挖掘技术探讨通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的用药规律,为临床医师诊治糖尿病周围神经病变提供思路。方法:采用数据检索和手工查找相结合的方法,纳入运用通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究和医案。确定83首处方中单味药物频次、药物组合频次、药物之间的关联规则和核心组合等。结果:高频药物包括黄芪、当归、鸡血藤等。处方药物多为温性、甘味,归经多属脾经、肝经。2味药物高频组合包括红花-川芎,赤芍-黄芪等;3味药物组合为鸡血藤-黄芪-当归,川芎-黄芪-当归。新处方包括全蝎-威灵仙-水蛭,忍冬藤-牛膝-细辛等。结论:通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变多采用补气、化痰、活血、温经之法相结合。
Objective:To explore the law of drug use in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by using data mining technology,so as to provide ideas for clinicians to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:The methods of data retrieval and manual search were combined to include the clinical research and medical cases of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with tongluo method.Determine the frequency of single drug,drug combination frequency,association rules between drugs and core combination in 83 prescriptions.Results:The high frequency drugs included astragalus membranaceus,Angelica angelica and caulis spatholepis.Prescription drugs are mostly warm,sweet,belongs to the spleen,liver,spleen.High frequency drug combination high frequency 2 drug combination including Safflower-Ligusticum chuanxiong;Radix Paeoniae alba-Astragalus et al.,3 drug combinations suberect spatholipids-Astragalus-Angelica angelica;Chuanxiong-Astragalus-Angelica sinensis.The new recipes include scorpionClemenza-leech,honeysuckle vine-Achyranthus-asarum.Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by means of tongluo is usually combined with qi replenishing,phlegm reducing,blood activating and meridian warming.
