摘要
为了研究高校教师的心理健康状态及其主要影响因素,以495名高校教师作为研究对象,经SCL-90测量,只要有因子分≥2的教师就归为心理问题组,其他教师归为对照组,用非条件Logistic回归进行统计,分析不同人群特征、采取的防御机制及发生的生活事件与教师心理健康的关系。
495 university teachers are investigated to study their mental health. Those whose factor scores≥2 are grouped as experimental group with SCL--90, and others serve as control group. Logistic regression is applied to the analysis of the distinctive features, defending mechanisms, and incidents in relation to the mental health of the university teachers.
