摘要
目的探讨高校教工的主要心理压力及心理需求;并在此基础上,探索为教职工提供心理健康服务的方式,以便提高高校教职工的心理素质。方法用自编的《大学教师心理健康需求调查表》,对某高校500名教职工做调查。结果工作压力(60.42%),工资待遇(52.50%),职称或职务晋升(46.25%)是困扰高校教师心理健康的最主要3个因素(χ2=24.019,P=0.001);缓解压力的途径主要为运动或娱乐(63.54%)(χ2=20.711,P=0.001);希望得到的心理辅导主要是压力与情绪管理(64.58%),人际沟通(46.88%)(χ2=11.425,P=0.022);希望学校提供的心理卫生服务方式主要为心理讲座(48.33%),个体咨询(46.25%),网络咨询(34.58%)(χ2=11.425,P=0.022)。结论工作压力,工资待遇,职称或职务晋升是高校教师主要的心理压力。缓解压力的途径主要为运动或娱乐,找人倾诉,读书或工作。希望学校提供专题讲座,个体咨询,网络咨询等。
Objective To survey the major psychological pressure and psychological needs of university teachers. And on this basis, to propose effective ways of mental health services for teachers. In the end, it may improve the psychological quality of university teachers. Methods Using sampling,we chose 500 university teachers. University Teachers＇Psychological Needs Questionnaire written by myself was used to learn their needs. Results Working pressure（60.42% ） ,salary（52.50% ） ,job titles or job promotion（46.25% ） were the three most important factors plagued the teachers＇mental health（χ^2 = 24. 019 ,P = 0. 001 ）. When it came to the ways of stress relief, most teachers chose sports or entertainments （63.54 % ,χ^2 = 20. 711, P = 0.001, ）. In all kinds of the psychological counseling, university teachers preferred stress and emotional management （64.58%）, interpersonal communication （46.88%） （χ^2 = 11. 425, P = 0. 022 ）. In the survey, teachers in the ways of providing mental health services of choice in psychological lectures was in the largest number, the proportion of 48.33 %, followed by individual counseling（46.25% ）and network counseling（34.58% ）（χ^2 = 11. 425, P = 0. 022 ）. Conclusion University teachers＇ psychological pressure is mainly in working pressure, salary, job titles or job promotion. They mainly choose sports or entertainments, talking to someone and reading or working in order to relieve their pressure. They hope they can learn some tips about stress and emotional management and interpersonal communication. Compared with other ways of providing mental health services, psychological lectures, individual counseling, network counseling are more appealing to university teachers.
