摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜技术,系统地研究了辽藁本(Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et.Kitagawa)营养器官的结构。在扫描电子显微镜低真空模式下观察、摄影,发现辽藁本实生苗根已进行了次生生长,根中具分泌腔;茎中空;叶表皮细胞排列整齐紧密,表皮细胞形状不规则;叶中栅栏组织和海绵组织分化明显,上表皮沿叶脉有乳头状突起,无气孔,下表皮具气孔。
Structures of roots,stems and leaves of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et.Kitagawa were systematically studied using electronic microscope.Observations and photographs were carried out under low-vacuum model of electronic microscope.It was showed that the secondary growth of L.jeholense roots existed;the roots were with secretory cavity;the stems were hollow.The chrotoplast of the leaves arrayed neatly and closely;however the shapes of the chrotoplast were irregular;the differentiation of the palisade tissues and spongy tissues was obvious.There were mamillary thrusts along the leaf veins on the epicuticles,but no stoma;the opposite epidermis has stomas.
