摘要
研究表明 :桤木扦插育苗 ,穗条带顶芽或带 1片叶可显著提高穗条生根率 ,扦插时间则以 5月中旬～ 6月中旬和 9月上旬扦插生根率最高 ,GGR生根剂不同浓度处理后的穗条 (采穗母树 2 .5a生 )
The study shows that stem cutting with terminal bud for seedling raising or with one leaf from Alnus Cremastogyne Burk can obviously heighten rooting rate of stem cutting. The rate of cutting rooting is the highest among middle of May～middle of June and early of September based on cutting time, and rooting rate with stem cutting (2.5 year old scion cutting collected from mother tree) has non obviously difference after treatment with different concentration of GGR rooting agent.
