高瓦斯顶分层综采工作面沿空留巷支护技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 为解决高瓦斯条件下煤与瓦斯突出和采掘接替紧张问题,针对九里山矿煤层厚度大、掘进速度慢、开采顶分层的特点,对该矿24021工作面运输巷采用高水速凝材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术。结合该工作面生产地质条件,通过对沿空留巷力学模型分析及充填体强度理论计算,从巷道支护参数、巷旁充填参数等几个方面对沿空留巷技术进行了研究,确立了合理的巷内支护和巷旁支护。现场实践表明,取得了良好的留巷效果。 In order to solve gas and coal outburst and the mine production replacement problems when production under the conditions of high gas mines,aiming at large thickness of coal seam,tunneling slow and mining top coal seam in Jiulishan Coal Mine,remain roadways along goal with high-water-content material are used in this coal mining.Based on the mining geological conditions,this article studies the technology of remain roadway along goal through mechanics model,the intensity of filling theoretical calculation,the roadway reinforcing supporting,and the choice of supporting parameter in filling,the rational support parameters were determined finally.Through the practice,we have made good stowing effect with this method and created better economic benefits,the practical results could provide the certain guidance to the remain roadway along goal under the similar conditions.
