摘要 阐述了果蔬汁非热加工新技术中超高压技术、脉冲电场技术和辐照杀菌技术的研究进展、作用效果和应用前景。 This paper introduces the development, effect and prospect of non-thermal technologies, such as high pressure processing, pulsed electric field and radiation.
