上行式移动模架造桥机在沪杭铁路客运专线现浇箱梁工程中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 在新建沪杭铁路客运专线站前工程横潦泾特大桥工程中,采用上行式移动模架造桥机原位现浇预应力混凝土箱梁。针对移动模架造桥机施工特点和难点,重点介绍了移动模架造桥机吊装安装、过孔移位、拆卸等施工工艺。同时阐述移动模架造桥机原位现浇箱梁质量保证措施和高空作业安全保证措施,进行绿色环保施工,达到安全生产、改善工程质量、加快施工进度、降低施工成本的目的。 Cast-in-situ prestressed concrete box girder technology with hanging movement scaffolding system (MSS) is adopted in the newly constructed Hengliaojing bridge project of the front-station project of Shanghai-Hangzhou railway passenger dedicated line. According to the construction characteristics and difficulties of MSS, the construction technologies of hoisting installation, passing holes and moving, and demolition for MSS are introduced in detail. Meanwhile, the quality control methods and safety assurance measures in high altitude of cast-in-situ box girders with MSS are also illustrated, to meet the aims of green construction, safe production, quality improvement, schedule enhancement as well as cost saving.
