摘要
深入研究MSS62.5m大跨度上行式移动模架安装技术,根据工程现场实际条件,详细比较了高空拼装方案与整体提升方案优劣,最终选择了高空拼装方案并制定了详细的实施方案。该方案在珠江黄埔大桥北引桥MSS62.5m大跨度移动模架安装工程顺利实施。实践表明在特定的条件下,高空拼装方案在大跨度移动模架拼装施工具有自身特点和优势。
The high-attitude assembling technique for large-span Movable Scaffolding System (MSS62.5m) using upper slide shuttering formwork is researched thoroughly. Based on the practice engineering, the merits and demerits of two programs are compared with each other and the high-altitude assembling scheme is chosen at last. The detailed high-altitude assembling scheme is made and put into action in the northern approach of Zhujiang Huangpu Bridge. It is proved by the practical engineering that the high-altitude assembling scheme has own advantages.
