摘要
目的 比较肱骨近端锁定钢板与解剖钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果.方法 选取本院2009年6月～2012年6月收治的98例肱骨近端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗,对照组采用传统常规解剖钢板治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.8％,对照组患者治疗总有效率为71.4％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者平均愈合时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）,观察组并发症发生率明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折安全有效,可促进患者康复,值得推广.
Objective To compare the clinical effects of locking proximal humerus plate and anatomical plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods 98 cases patients with proximal fracture in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was given locking proximal humerus plate treatment, the control group was given conventional anatomical plate treatment, the time of fracture healing and complications of two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of observa- tion group was 91.8%, and that of control group was 71.4%,the difference of two groups was significant （P〈0.05）, the average healing time of observation group was significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）, the complications in the observation group was also significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The locking proximal humerus plate in treatment of proximal humerus fractures is safe and effective, can promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible, is worthy of promotion.
