摘要
中学阶段的青少年学生心理的发展是矛盾重重的,极度需要班主任的理解、呵护与关注,需要班主任的积极指导。作为班主任,由于其工作的特殊性决定了其发展学生心理健康教育工作的独特作用,本文通过班主任对学生情绪的培养、人际交往的指导、自我意识的形成、以及学习心理的辅导等方面展开了探讨。
The middle school young students psychological development full of contradictions,they need the head teachers' understand,care and guidance.The head teachers have an unique function in students' mental health development.This paper analyses several aspects of the teacher's cultivation of students' emotional and interpersonal communicative guidance,self awareness formation,and study psychological counselling.
