川西及川东北气田完井技术应用现状及展望 被引量:5

Status and prospects of completion technology in western Sichuan and northeast Sichuan gas field

摘要 通过分析川西致密砂岩气藏及川东北碳酸盐岩气藏在完井工程所面临的技术难题,总结近年来的科研攻关成果和实践经验,获得了川西及川东北气田完井的技术思路。针对川西中浅层多层系、单井产能低、部分地区压裂施工难等问题,形成了多层压裂、低伤害大型压裂、定向射孔等中浅层压裂完井投产技术;针对川西深层裂缝性气藏勘探开发程度低导致完井存在较大风险以及裂缝性储层保护等问题,形成了裂缝性气藏动态完井与储层保护改造技术;针对川东北高温高压含腐蚀介质气藏,形成了以地面安全控制、射孔—酸化—测试联作、完井管柱优化为核心的高温高压含腐蚀介质气井完井测试技术。 Challenges on completion technology are analyzed in the western Sichuan tight sandstone gas reservoirs and Northeast Sichuan carbonate gas reservoirs. By summing up recent research results and practical experience of SINOPEC, a set of ideas about completion in western Sichuan and northeast Sichuan gas field are obtained. Firstly, there exits that the western Sichuan medium-depth or shallow reservoirs are of characteristics of multi-layers, low productivity, and difficult fracturing in some area. Thus, a set of technologies including 'multi-fracturing', 'low-harm and large-scale fracturing', 'orientated perforation' are formed. Secondly, there is a high risk on completion because of low level of exploration and development in western Sichuan deep reservoirs. Reservoir protection for fractured reservoirs is another issue. A set of technologies including 'dynamic completion', 'drilling and completing fluid for fractured reservoirs', 'network-fracture acidizing' are proposed. Finally, for high temperature and high pressure gas reservoirs containing corrosive mediums, a set of technologies such as 'surface safety control', 'perforating-acidizing-testing combination', 'completion string optimization' are reviewed.
