摘要
纤维网络加砂压裂技术是为川西低渗透致密气藏实现低伤害压裂配套的一项新技术,其作用在于优化支撑剂在裂缝中的铺置形态,提高有效支撑缝长,降低压裂液残渣伤害,配合液体快速返排,降低水锁效应,防止支撑剂回流。在纤维携砂机理的基础上,通过室内纤维优选评价实验和纤维网络加砂压裂工艺研究,结合现场试验,形成了以改善支撑剂铺砂剖面、提高有效缝长为目的,强化高效快速返排效果的纤维网络加砂压裂技术,并研制了不可降解和可降解的2类高效纤维。川西地区A气藏的DS101井于2009年4月实施了纤维网络加砂压裂工艺,压裂后测试天然气无阻流量达9.76×104m3/d,是A气藏平均水平的3倍。2009—2010年,纤维网络加砂压裂技术已在B气藏成功应用4井次,平均单井天然气无阻流量为1.99×104m3/d,是B气藏平均水平的2.1倍。现场实践证实,针对川西低渗透致密气藏,纤维网络加砂压裂技术具有良好的适应性和推广应用价值。
Fiber network sand fracturing technology is dedicated for the low-damage fracture and reformation of low permeability tight gas reservoirs of west Sichuan,and it functions for optimizing the proppant extend in cracks,enhancing the effective support length,reducing damage of fracture fluid residue,and accelerating liquid flow-back,reducing water-blocking effect,preventing proppant backflow. Based on the fiber carrying sand mechanism, we implemented the fiber optimized evaluation experiment and fiber network sand fracturing technology research, combined with field experiment, the quick and efficient flowback fiber network sand fracturing technology is finally formed in order to improve the proppant spread sand section and enhance effective cracks length. And,two high efficiency fibers,degradable and non-degradable,are developed. The DS101 well of A gas reservoir of west Sichuan has been implemented by this technology,the gas absolute open flow ( AOF) after fracture may reach 9.76×104m3/d,which is 3 times than average of A gas reservoir. Fiber network sand fracturing technology has also been successfully implemented on B gas reservoir with 4 wells from 2009 to 2010, the average gas AOF was 1.99×104m3/d, which is 2 times than average of B gas reservoir. Field application proved that, the fiber network sand fracturing technology has high adaptability and application significance in low permeability tight gas reservoirs of west Sichuan.
