低温低渗气藏酸基新型压裂液增稠剂的研制 被引量:9

NEW TYPES OF THICKENER USED UNDER THE CONDITION OF ACIDITY IN LOW TEMPERATURE,LOW PERMEABILITY GAS RESERVOIR

摘要 针对川西气藏低渗、低温、水敏、碱敏性储层在压裂施工过程中压裂液及其破胶液对储层的伤害严重,导致储层渗流能力严重下降等问题,开展改善压裂液的增稠剂性能研究,通过借鉴羟丙基胍胶的改性原理,向普通胍胶分子中引入亲水基团钠羧甲基和羟丙基,研制出酸性条件下交联的新型压裂液增稠剂GXG。经评价,该增稠剂溶解和增黏性能都很好,破胶后残渣含量少,破胶液黏度低,有利于压裂液的破胶返排。由该增稠剂作为基液的压裂液有很好的流变性、破胶性,对储层伤害小。能够达到川西浅层气藏对压裂液的技术要求,为低温低渗透油气藏的压裂技术研究提供了重要的基础成果。 According to the situation which is low formation temperature and permeability,serious water and alkaline sensitivity of reservoir in shallow layer gas reservoir in the west of Sichuan,new types of thickener used under the condition of acidity is developed by leading sodium carboxymethyl and hydroxyl propyl which are hydrophilic group into normal guar gum.Usage amount of this thickener is fewer,and character of tackify is very good,sediments is little after breaking gel,all of above are very favorable for breaking gel and flowback.Through testing base fluid and gel made up with this thickener,it is proved that the fracturing fluid which is made up with this thickener has good rheological properties and breaking gel capability,so the damage to reservoir is little.It provided very important foundation to fracturing technical study for the shallow layer oil and gas reservoirs in the west of Sichuan and oil-gas reservoir.
