摘要
介绍了研制铝稀土共渗钢的热处理工艺及在渗铝剂中加入稀土化合物的情况。在原有渗铝剂中,添加5种价格较合理、性质较稳定的稀土化合物,在一定的热处理条件下进行包埋共渗实验。通过对比分析,确定了共渗效果良好的稀土化合物并确定了添加量的最佳值。对铝稀土共渗层组织和共渗层中的铝、稀土浓度及渗层的显微硬度进行了分析,并对铝稀土共渗钢进行了腐蚀实验。结果表明,铝稀土共渗层连续、致密,铝稀土浓度和显微硬度由表及里梯度降低平缓。铝稀土共渗钢的耐高温环烷酸、高温硫腐蚀和抗高温氧化性能优于渗铝钢。
Heat treatment process for Al-RE-diffusion and addition of rare earth(RE) in Al diffusant are introduced.In the original Al diffusant, 5 stable RE compounds with reasonable price are added and tested in diffusion under specified heat treatment conditions.The RE compounds with good diffusion performance are determined through comparison analysis and optimal addition dosage is determined.Analysis on the structure of Al-RE-diffused layer,RE concentration and microhardness and corrosion testing of Al-RE-diffused steels show that the AL-RE-diffused layer is continuous and compact, and the Al-RE concentration and microhardness from surface to substrate fall down mildly.The Al-RE-diffused steels are more resistant to high-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion,high-temperature sulfur corrosion and high-temperature oxidation than Al-diffused steel.
