摘要
目的:以Fick’s第一定律为基础,建立中药刺五加水煎煮提取的动力学模型。方法:讨论中药刺五加水煎煮提取过程中药材颗粒粒度(σ1)、溶剂倍量(M)和提取时间(t)与刺五加药材有效成分浸出量之间的关系。以高效液相色谱法测定刺五加水煎煮刺五加苷B和E含量,将测定结果代入数学模型进行拟合。结果:刺五加水煎煮提取有效成分的自然对数随时间、溶剂倍量的自然对数变化成良好线性关系,最终建立溶质、浓度(CB)模型R为刺五加充分吸收水分与干质量之比。结论:本公式符合工业生产实际,但温度条件仍需进一步研究。
AIM:To establish kinetic model for extraction of Acanthopanax Senticosus based on Fick’s first law.METHODS: Extraction time(t),particle size(σ1) and solvent load(M) were considered as parameters in extraction of Acanthopanax senticosus.HPLC was used to determine the contents of eleutherosi de B and E as mark-ers.RESULTS: The relation of natural logarithm of active components of Acanthopanax Senticosus to extraction time,and solvent load was of approximate linearity,and solute concentration(CB) model was expressed as R stood for the proportion of dry weight of Acanthopanax senticosus to the full wet.CONCLUSION: The model is fitted with the industrial practice,but the condition for temperature deserves further study.
