工科本科教育的分类与学校定位探讨 被引量:12

The Classification and School Orientation of Chinese Undergraduate Education in Engineering

摘要 由于传统的影响、对高等教育规模迅速发展形势准备不足、理论研究滞后、政策引导不到位等因素,我国工科本科教育出现了分类不清、定位不准、发展方向趋同的现象。依据教育分类的理论,工科本科教育可分为技术教育和工程教育两种类型,工程教育又因培养工程师类型的不同分为工程研究型和工程应用型两类。不同的教育类型有各自不同的内涵,合理的分类为学校科学定位提供依据。准确定位,错位培养,从而形成分类培养高级工业技术人才的格局,是工科本科教育面临的重要课题。 Influenced by certain factors such as the traditional education system,the insufficient preparation for the fast development of higher education,the impeded theoretical study,and the lack of policy guidance,Chinese undergraduate education in engineering has confronted with the problems of disordered classification and orientation,and the similitude of developing tendency.According to the theories of education classification,undergraduate engineering education can be classified into technical education and engineering education.In addition,the latter can be further classified into research-oriented engineering education and application-oriented engineering education according to the different types of engineers it cultivates.Different education types have different connotations respectively and a reasonable classification would help schools to adjust their developing orientations.Correct orientation,dislocated training,and right classification of higher engineering technical talents cultivation are important problems confronted by undergraduate engineering education.
