摘要
目前食用菌协会等林业合作经济组织运作不规范,林农对协会认知度还很低,这影响了林农实际参与率,产生这一问题的主要原因在于有关部门对林农的合作意愿和需求缺乏了解。通过对11个食用菌生产大省林农调研数据所做的逻辑回归分析表明：食用菌生产规模、食用菌销售难易程度、是否进行林业改革等为影响林农参与农业合作组织意愿的关键因素。加大对林农的宣传与培训力度、完善农产品市场机制、加快林区基础设施建设、深化集体林权制度改革、规范协会运行等,是提高林农对农村合作经济组织认知、提升林农参与热情的有效途径。
The operation of mushroom associations is still not standardized, while farmers awareness of the association is still low, which affects the actual of farmers＇ participation ratio, those problem are largely due to relevant departments lacking understanding of the farmers＇ wishes and needs of cooperation. This article used logistic model which based on mushroom growers survey data from 45 main forest producing zones.The finding is： scale of the mushrooms＇ produce,ease level of mushroom sales,whether or not reforming of collective forest rights are the main factors which influence the farmers＇ willing to association,then give some relevant recommendations. Government should intensify the training of farmers,improve the agricultural market mechanism , speed up infrastructure construction in rural areas,deepen collective forest rights＇ reform,regulate associations run which is an effective way to enhance the awareness of the association and increase farmers willingness to participate in associations.
