摘要
塔河凝析气藏储层易敏感,气井因井筒积液或者外来入井液的入侵易发生水锁。通过长岩心实验并利用考虑水锁影响气井产能方程,明确了水锁对产能的影响:气井水锁后具有较高的启动压力,渗透率降低达到89.06%~99.65%。通过室内实验,研制出适合高温、高盐的解水锁剂。研究表明,xbf-1解水锁剂具有较强的适应性,损伤后长岩心渗透率恢复了2.32~5.01倍,并在现场试验取得了良好效果,为解除凝析气井水锁提供了技术手段,对其他类似凝析气藏解水锁具有借鉴作用。
Condensate gas reservoir in Northwestern oilfield is sensitive,which causes water lock in gas well due to liquid loading and foreign working fluid.On the basis of long-core test and deliverability equation,the impact of water lock on deliverability is defined.That is to say,water lock struck gas well has higher kick off pressure and permeability reduces by 89.06 to 99.65 percent.XBF-1,high temperature and highly saline water lock dissolvent,is developed through laboratory experiment.The finding shows XBF-1 has stronger compatibility and long core permeability resumes by 2.32 to 5.01 times.Field application of this agent gains sound effectiveness.
