摘要
从分子结构理论出发,分析了注甲醇吞吐解除反凝析与水锁伤害的机理。讨论了注甲醇吞吐解除反凝析与水锁伤害的正面作用和负面作用。甲醇与水分子之间可形成氢键,相互溶解能力较强。烷烃分子可与甲醇的疏水基团结合,相互溶解。甲醇在甲醇—烷烃—水体系中起增加烷烃和水两组分互溶性的助溶作用。甲醇注入可增加水和中间—重质烃的蒸发能力,提高凝析气的渗流能力。注甲醇吞吐解除反凝析和水锁伤害,可产生盐析现象,并可使黏土膨胀,对储层造成伤害。
Based on the theory of molecular structure,the mechanism of removing condensate and water blocking damage near wellbore region for condensate wells was analyzed by using methanol treatment,the advantage and disadvantage of the methanol treatment technology were discussed.Methanol and water could mix and cross dissolve due to hydrogen formed between molecules of methanol and water.Methanol molecules could bind with hydrophobic groups of hydrocarbon molecules,and they could dissolve each other.Being cosolvent,the methanol could improve the Mutual Solubility of water molecules and hydrocarbon molecules in methanol,hydrocarbon and water system.Injecting methanol could improve the evaporation ability of water and intermediate-heavy hydrocarbon and enhance flow capacity of condensate gas.In another hand,due to methanol injection,salting out was formed in formation and clay expanding resulted in the reservoir damage.The disadvantage should be taking into account in methanol removing condensate and water blocking damage.
