络合萃取-富氧火焰原子吸收法测定油条中的铝 被引量:1

Determination of Aluminum in Fried Bread Stick by Complexation Extraction-AAS with Rich Oxygen

摘要 建立如下分析方法:样品由过氧化氢-硝酸湿法消解及络合萃取过程浓缩,在适合的条件下采用富氧-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定。测定结果检出限为95 pg,线性范围为1.0-80μg/L,RSD%为1.08%-1.79%,回收率为94.9%-98.5%。方法用于油条中铝的测定,简便、快速、准确。 The method established was that the sample was cleared up by H2O2-HNO3,pre-concentrated by complexation extraction and determined by AAS with rich oxygen.The detection limit of the method was 95pg.The linear range of the method was 1.0-80μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 1.08%-1.79%.And the recovery rate was 94.9%-98.5%.The method was simple,rapid and accurate which was suitable for determination of aluminium in fried bread stick.
