员工培训是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容。一个企业是否具有核心竞争力,关键是看企业的员工是否具有竞争力,是否具有较强的工作能力。通过对员工的培训和提高,最终达到提高企业核心竞争力的目标。随着石油工业的发展和科学技术的不断进步,石油企业对职工队伍素质的要求越来越高,这给企业职工培训提出了新的要求。
