摘要
"国培计划"是落实教育规划纲要的第一个重大项目,本文首先分析了它的国家公共价值、社会价值、教师专业发展价值。其次文章指出了影响"国培计划"价值实现的教师教育体系的问题,也就是传统独立教师培训体系瓦解,现代教师培训体系重建迟缓,不能满足教育发展的需要;传统补偿式课程体系过时,项目制课程体系的专业化水平不高。文章最后提出了实现"国培计划"价值的改进建议。
National Training Plan is the first important program fulfilling the National Educational Plan,the article analyses the national public values,social values and teacher professional development values. It points out the problems such as disintegration of the traditional dependent system of teacher training,slowing reconstruction of the system of modern teacher training,dissatisfaction of the educational development,obsolete system of traditional system of compensation curriculum,low levels of the professional program-based curriculum system. It finally gives the suggestions of improvement in the realization of the National Training Plan values.
