我国大型健身俱乐部经营现状调查研究 被引量:24

A Study on the Managing Strategy on Large Commercial Fit Clubs in China

摘要 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对我国10家大型经营性体育健身俱乐部经营现状进行调查研究。结果表明俱乐部市场品质定位高,金融海啸下经营效益未见亏损;具有规模向品牌化、专业化、综合型发展、服务产品向多元化扩展与创新、经营理念由国内化向国际化发展、经营方向由贵族化向大众化转型四个方面特征;并分析经营中存在问题,提出经营的对策。 By adopting the methods of literature review,questionnaire and statistics,this article analyzes the current situation of 10 typical large-scale gym's clubs.The results indicate that though the club market quality is fixed to a high position,the profit is maintained during the financial tsunami.The clubs are developing their scale,brand,profession and comprehensiveness.Their services are diversifying and innovated.Their operation concept is expanding from domestic market to international market.And their targeted market is transformed from the elite group to the general public.The article also analyzes the issues in their operation and proposes solutions.
