摘要
实验区根据交通信息学科与技术的发展和用人单位对人才的需求,提出了培养具有创新精神和实践能力的毕业生的新要求,并进行了交通信息类人才培养模式创新实验区建设探索。通过提出和确定人才培养模式改革的思路和定位、设计人才培养模式创新实验区方案、建立人才培养模式创新实验区管理与运行机制,最终形成了有利于多样化创新人才成长的培养体系。该体系建立了新的人才培养模式,并取得了显著成效,为满足交通信息类工程人才的需要奠定了坚实基础。
The experimental zone for cultivating an innovative spirit and practical ability of the graduates to adapt the new requirements is based on the traffic information development and the demand for talents in the employing unit,and the traffic information class training mode was used to explore the building of innovative experimental zone.By proposing and identifying training mode of reform ideas and positioning,designing innovative training mode experimental zone to establish a training mode of management and operation mechanism,finally the diverse creative talents training system was formed,which established a new training mode,and achieved remarkable results,in order to meet the traffic information types of engineering manpower needs and lay a solid foundation.
