摘要
目的研究"增权"理论在骨科护理工作中的应用,以更好满足患者的增权需求。方法回顾性分析2007-01/2009-12月骨科收治患者80例,根据其护理情况分为一般护理组和增权护理组,分析两组患者对护理的满意度、健康教育知晓程度的评分。结果增权护理组的满意度、健康教育知晓程度评分均明显高于一般护理组(t=24.20,P<0.01;t=26.14,P<0.01)。结论护士与医务社会工作者(简称医疗社工)共同合作可充实患者个人权力,使其尽快适应医疗、社会环境。
Objective To study the application of empowerment theory in clinical nursing so as to satisfy patient＇ empowerment requirement.Methods Eighty patients were selected from the inpatient in the Department of Orthopedics from January 2007 to December 2009 and randomly divided into empowerment nursing group and general nursing group. Satisfaction degree and awareness score of health education with nursing were analyzed.Results Satisfaction degree and awareness score of health education in empowerment nursing group were higher than in general nursing group respectively （t=24.20,P0.01; t=26.14,P0.01）.Conclusion Individual power of orthopedic patients can be amplified through the cooperation of the nurses and medical social workers,and can adapt to medical and social environment more quickly.
