摘要
高等职业教育课程体系改革以及教学模式改革迫切需要专业教师由传统单一的理论型或实践型向理论与实践一体化方向发展。从目前高职专业教师队伍的现状看,培养"复合型"专业教师是合理的选择,其中应以提高专业教师的"双能力"为重点,以各种形式的培训为依托,不断提升专业教师的实践技能和专业素养。
The reform of curriculum system and teaching model of higher vocational education provide urgent demand for specialty teaching staff to transform from traditional single theoretic or practical teachers to developing towards the direction of theory and practice integration.From the status of specialty teaching staff of higher vocational education,to cultivate composite specialty teachers is a reasonable selection,which should take the enhancement of specialty teachers' "dual-abilities " as the important points,take various training as the dependence to enhance the practice skills and specialty qualities of specialty teachers sustainably.
