摘要
当前,'双师型'师资队伍建设存在明显的制度缺失,职业师范教育学术化、培训基地学校化倾向明显.对此,应寻求一种权宜之计:将对教师个体的要求转向为对教师群体的要求;完善'双师型'教师的资格认定.未来职教教师在专门技术上需具备整合的'一'而不是'双',其培养需经过专业知识、专业实践经验的获得和教师培训3个规范化过程,其专业发展依赖于开放的、面向市场运作的职业教育发展模式.
The construction of double certificates teaching staff of vocational education has many obvious problems,for example its system lapse,academic orientation education for vocational teachers and vocational education teachers' training in colleges but not in enterprises. To solve these problems,we should transfer requirements to individuals to the whole teaching staff. The author put forward that the construction of double certificates teaching staff of vocational education should be composed of aquiring of professional knowledge,practical experience and teaching skills。
