摘要
针对我国煤层气钻井缺乏专用配套工具及装备,煤层气欠平衡钻井技术应用受到限制等现状,开展了煤层气欠平衡钻井专用旋转控制头的研究。根据煤层气钻井的要求及现有石油钻井用旋转控制头的相关标准,对煤层气欠平衡钻井专用旋转控制头进行了方案设计并提出了研究中需要解决的几个关键问题,为产品设计及研发奠定了基础。
Aiming at the present situation that domestic coal bed methane(CBM) drilling industry was lacking in dedicated matching tool and equipment and the application of CBM under-balanced drilling technology was restricted,the study on rotating control head(RCH) dedicated to CBM under-balanced drilling was carried out.According to requirements of CBM drilling and existing related criteria of RCH used in petroleum drilling,the schematic design of RCH dedicated to CBM under-balanced drilling was made and several key problems that need to be resolved in this study are proposed.
