摘要 针对目前我国煤层气开发的特点,结合煤层气井压裂增产的实际工况,研制了YLC50-1340型煤层气专用压裂车。该压裂车采用进口底盘车、大直径柱塞的五缸柱塞泵,配备冷却系统和加热系统,提供本地控制系统和远程控制系统,为满足车组作业开发了数采通讯和联机控制功能,保证了煤层气压裂作业的实时监控和整体稳定性。该压裂车的研发解决了煤层气压裂依赖于油田压裂设备的问题,给出了煤层气压裂车研发完整的解决方案,大大降低了煤层气压裂作业的设备数量和成本。性能测试结果表明,YLC50-1340型煤层气专用压裂车设计合理,各项数据均符合设计要求,各项性能完全满足煤层气压裂工况要求。 In light of the characteristics of coal bed methane(CBM) development in our country,Model YLC50-1340 fracturing truck for the CBM recovery was developed.The truck adopts the imported chassis and five-cylinder plunger pump with big diameter plunger.It is equipped with the cooling system and the heating system,and provided with the local control system and the remote-distance control system.The functions of data acquisition communication and online control were developed to satisfy the operation of the truck unit.The real-time monitoring and the overall stability of CBM fracturing operation were guaranteed.The development of the truck has solved the problem that CBM fracturing operation depends on fracturing equipment in oilfields.Thus,the number and costs of equipments for CBM fracturing operation have been greatly reduced.The performance testing result shows that the special fracturing truck is reasonable in design and can satisfy the requirement of CBM fracturing operation.
