摘要
目的探讨可待因引起的不良反应,为临床用药提供参考。方法以＂可待因＂、＂磷酸可待因＂、＂甲基吗啡＂、＂磷酸甲基吗啡＂等为检索词,检索1980-2009年中国期刊全文数据库,对收集到的105例可待因引起的不良反应进行统计与分析。结果可待因不良反应临床表现的症状较多,主要涉及神经系统、皮肤及附件、泌尿系统等。结论重视可待因引起的不良反应,定期监测与报告,减少和避免不良反应的发生。
Objective To discuss the ADR by codeine and provide reference for clinical safe drug use. Methods 105 ADR cases were statistically analyzed after using codeine on the basis of related articles in Chinese Journals Full-text Database with the searching word such as codeine, codeine phosphate, methyl morphine, methylmorphine phosphate adverse ADR. Results Clinical manifestations of codeine symptoms of adverse reactions are more, mainly involving the nervous system, skin lesion, neural system, etc. Conclusion It is important to pay close attention to the ADR by codeine, regularly monitoring and reporting is needed so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
