摘要
目的:对头孢呋辛不良反应报告中不合理用药情况进行分析,为进一步规范临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性统计分析方法,对武汉市药品不良反应(ADR)监测中心2009～2010年收集的107份头孢呋辛ADR报告,参考药品说明书等对报告中不合理用药情况进行分析。结果:107例ADR/ADE报告中,给药方法不合理102例(95.33%),超药品说明书中推荐剂量用药28例(26.17%),无指证用药11例(10.28%)。结论:头孢呋辛不合理用药情况较严重,应加强ADR的监测与报告,合理使用头孢呋辛,减少或避免ADR/ADE的发生。
Objective：To analyze the irrational use of cefuroxime from adverse drug reaction（ADR） reports. Methods：A retrospective study was used based on the data of cefuroxime obtained in 30 hospitals from Wuhan Adverse Drug Reactions（ADR） Monitoring Center database over a 2-year period from January 2009 to December 2010.Results：Of 107 cases of ADR/ADE,the numbers of misadministration were 102（95.33%）,those of overdose,28（26.17%） and no certification medication,11（10.28%）.Conclusion;The irrational use of cefuroxime was more serious;therefore,surveillance should be successfully strengthened to optimize the rational use of cefuroxime to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
