摘要
目的:了解磷酸可待因依赖男性的人格特征。方法:采用MMPI(中国版明尼苏达多相个性测验)对42例符合ICD-10阿片类药物依赖诊断标准的磷酸可待因依赖男性进行测试。结果:除防御和社会内向两个因子外,磷酸可待因依赖男性在其余各因子得分均与常模有显著性的差异(P<0.05),其中在谎言、支配性和责任感上的得分显著低于常模(P<0.01);年龄与精神病态有显著负相关(0.01<P<0.05)。结论:磷酸可待因依赖者具有明显的人格偏离,符合药物依赖性人格特征,且低年龄群体滥用磷酸可待因导致精神病态的可能性更高。
Objective： To find out the personalities of male-codeine phosphate addicts. Methods： Investigated 42 case male-codeine phosphate addicts under voluntary abstinence, who met with the clinical cities of opium addict according to ICD-10 by Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI） （Revised）. Result： Compared with normal control, besides scales K and Si, all other scales were scored remarkably in the male-codeine phosphate addict group（P〈0.05）. L, Do and Re scales were lower remarkably（P〈0.01）.There was negative correlation between age and Pd scale（0.01〈 P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Codeine phosphate addicts has obviously deviated personalities that go with the problem exist in drug abuse group. And codeine phosphate abusing has greatly possibilities to cause mental disorder related problems in the younger aged group.
