摘要
提出将辐射能信号作为锅炉燃烧调整过程的安全性监控参数.通过在某200 MW机组四角切圆锅炉和660 MW火电机组W型火焰锅炉上安装基于辐射图像处理的三维温度场可视化监测系统,得到辐射能信号、机组发电功率、给粉量、烟气含氧量、二次风量等运行参数在不同负荷下随时间变化的数据,分析了辐射能信号对锅炉燃烧安全、经济运行的意义.结果表明:辐射能信号与机组发电功率输出之间的超前或者滞后关系会影响燃烧的经济性以及锅炉设备运行的安全性,建议将辐射能信号加入到锅炉"启动曲线"中,以提高锅炉安全监控运行的水平;辐射能信号与机组发电功率输出和锅炉热效率之间存在相似的变化趋势,这是其作为燃烧优化调整重要参数的基础.
Radiative energy signals(RES) are being proposed to be taken as monitoring parameters for boiler combustion adjustment and operation control.By mounting a visualized 3-D temperature field monitoring system based on radiation image respectively on a 200 MW power unit's tangentially fired boiler and a 660 MW power unit's W-shaped flame boiler,corresponding operation parameters varying with time were obtained,such as RES,power output,coal supply,oxygen content in flue gas and secondary air flow etc.,during which the importance of RES on safety and economical operation of boiler analyzed.Results show that the lead-lag relationship between RES and actual power output may influence the safety and economical operation of a boiler,so it is recommended to put RES into 'starting curves' of the boiler.Variation tendency of RES is similar to both the unit's power output and boiler's thermal efficiency,which therefore can be taken as an important parameter for boiler combustion adjustment.
