拱下二次风下倾角度可调的W型火焰锅炉燃烧特性试验分析

摘要 针对福斯特惠勒(FW)W型火焰锅炉实际运行中存在的燃烧不稳定、煤粉燃尽性能差等问题进行分析,认为适当增加F二次风下倾角度能够显著增强高温烟气回流,并能减少二次风对一次风火焰的抬升作用,有利于一次风火焰的下冲和煤粉停留时间的延长,从而改善W型火焰锅炉的稳燃燃尽性能。试验表明:F二次风充分下倾后,燃烧稳定性得到极大提高,使得提高氧量和开大拱上油枪风成为可能。在此基础上,通过对拱上油枪风挡板(C挡板)和拱下F挡板的优化调整,使锅炉飞灰含碳量大幅度降低,锅炉效率显著提高,但在F二次风下倾角度不充分时效果不明显。 Problems like the combustion instability and poor burning property of pulverized coal occurred in practical operation of the Foster Wheeler(FW) down-fired boiler were investigated.Research showed that appropriate increase in the F layer secondary air tilting angle can significantly enhance the return of the high temperature gas and reduce the uplift of the secondary air to the primary air flame,which was favor for the undershoot of the primary air flame and can extend the pulverized coal residence time,therefore,the combustion stability and burnout performance of the down-fired boiler were significantly improved.Experimental study showed that,the full down-dip of F layer secondary air firstly improved the combustion stability,making it possible to increase the oxygen content and turn up the arch oiled gun wind,and on this basis,the unburned carbon content can be greatly reduced by adjustment
