摘要
本文针对热量信号无法快速反映入炉燃料量的变化的缺点,利用辐射能信号对燃料量在线跟踪从而实现对锅炉的快速控制。文中对辐射能信号的偏差部分进行了校正,并研究了其在控制系统中的应用。最后通过实验验证了该方法的可实现性及优越性。
The article responsed to the shortcomings ,that the heat signal can not reflect the changes of the volume of fuel into the furnace’s quikly, describes how to make the fast control of the boiler to come true, which is based on the radiant energy signal tracking to the volume of fuel on line. The deviation part of a radiant energy signal has been calibrated and its application in the control system is also studied here. In the end ,the feasibility and superiority of methods is validated by experiments.
