摘要
采用富Ce混合稀土变质Al-Si7-Mg0.8铝合金,研究其消失模铸造凝固组织性能变化。结果表明:富Ce混合稀土对Al-Si7-Mg0.8铝合金的共晶硅有细化作用,并能降低合金的孔隙率。当稀土加入量0.3%时,共晶硅由粗大的板片状变为细小的颗粒状,孔隙率小于0.13%,此时合金铸态抗拉强度略有提高,而塑性显著增加,伸长率从未加入稀土时的1.6%增加至4.3%,增幅达到169%。稀土加入量过大时,颗粒状的共晶硅又会重新变成板条状,合金的强度和塑性降低。
The solidification structure and mechanical properties of Al-Si7-Mg0.8 aluminum alloy modified with the Ce-rich RE by lost foam casting(LFC) were studied.The results show that Ce-rich RE can refine the grain size of eutectic silicon in the Al-Si7-Mg0.8 alloy,and reduce the alloy porosity.When the addition of RE is 0.3%,the eutectic silicon is changed from coarse plate-like to small granules,and the porosity is less than 0.13%.The tensile strength of the alloy slightly increases,while the ductility increases significantly.The elongation rate increases from 1.6% to 4.3%,and the increase amplitude is 169%.But when the addition of RE is excessive,the granular eutectic silicon converts back into coarse plate-like,resulting in decrease of the strength and plasticity.
