摘要
以热分析法研究Sr、RE变质对ZL101及ZL102合金凝固时共晶温度下降值的影响,从定量金相的角度研究Sr、RE变质对ZL101及ZL102合金枝晶α相析出数量及枝晶α一次、二次枝臂间距的影响。结果表明,随Sr、RE变质元素加入量增加,共晶温度下降值先增加后下降,最后趋向一个稳定值。枝晶α相析出数量受合金种类、变质元素种类及加入量、浇铸条件等多重因素的影响。Sr、RE变质元素均促使Al-Si合金一次枝臂间距减少,二次枝臂间距变得细密。
The effects of Sr and RE modification on the eutectic temperature depression of ZL101 and ZL102 are studied by thermal analysis, and the amount of dendrite α, primary dendrite arm spacing and second dendrite spacing are also studied by quantitative analysis. It is concluded that the eutectic temperature depression is increased to a maximum, then decreased to a certain stable value, with the increase of Sr and RE dosage respectively. The amount of dendrite α is affected by the properties of alloys and modified elements, modified elements dosage, and casting conditions, etc. Both Sr and RE can decrease the primary dendrite arm spacing and second dendrite arm spacing.
