摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,研究了Al-5Ti-0.25C-2RE中间合金对3003铝合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明:Al-5Ti-0.25C-2RE中间合金能有效细化3003合金晶粒,0.5wt.%的添加量可将3003晶粒由1 729μm细化至172μm;Al-5Ti-0.25C-2RE中间合金对3003合金晶粒细化具有速效性和长效性,保温15 min时晶粒被细化至156μm,细化效果达到最佳;Al-5Ti-0.25C-2RE中间合金能有效将3003合金中长针状第二相变质成细小短杆状和颗粒状。
The effect of A1-5Ti-0.25C-2RE on as-cast structures of 3003 alloy was studied by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the A1-5Ti-0.25C-2RE master alloy exhibits good refining effect on 3003 alloy, the grain size was refined from 1 729 Ixm to 172 Ixm with 0.5wt.% master alloy addition level. The refining effect of A1-5Ti-0.25C-2RE master alloy on 3003 exhibits both rapidly available and long acting available, and grain size was refined to the finest (156 Ixm) when the holding time was 15 min. A1-5Ti-0.25C-2RE master alloy can effectively modify the secondary phase of 3003 from needle like to fibrous/globular like.
