摘要
干涉检验及装配顺序规划为虚拟装配中的关键技术和重要研究内容。干涉检验的一般算法是用离散运动轨迹求得动态干涉,但其运动步长很难掌握。提出一种基于边界拉伸的干涉检验方法,将离散干涉检验转化为连续干涉检验,减少了运算量,提高了效率。并在此干涉检验算法基础上,进一步对装配顺序进行规划。实践表明,方法行之有效。
Interference detection and assembly sequence planning are the key technologies in virtual assembly.Detection of interference by using discrete trajectory is the general algorithm,but the size of every movement step is difficult to decide.A detection method based on boundary extrusion is proposed.It is continuous detection rather than discrete interference detection,thus it reduces the calculation time and improves the efficiency.The assembly sequence can be obtained with the interference detection algorithm.Practice shows that the methods are effective.
