摘要
美国高校教师结构和我国有很大的不同。在教育日趋国际化的今天,我国高校教师队伍建设应该借鉴美国高校的一些经验,加快高校教师资源社会化进程,拓宽兼职教师的来源渠道,改善高校教师职称和学历结构,保持合理的生师比。同时,重视教辅人员队伍建设,优化各类人员结构。
The structure of teaching staffs in American universities differs from that of Chinese universities. American experiences are well worth learning by Chinese counterparts. Sources of teachers should be explored, and the structure of academic titles and degrees improved and optimized.
