摘要
教师的核心竞争力是决定高校核心竞争力的最重要因素。当前,中国教师资源的不足,学术文化失衡和学术制度的缺陷导致中国高校教师核心竞争力不强,这已是个不争的事实。因此,提升中国高校教师核心竞争力的对策主要包括以下几个方面:一是学术制度的重构,二是营造良好的学术生态,三是合理配置高校教师资源。
The core competitiveness of teachers are the most important factor determining the core competitiveness of a university or college. Nowadays, it is an undeniable fact that the core competitiveness of university teachers is weak because of limited resources, imbalance in academic culture, and the defects in academic systems. Therefore, to upgrade their competitiveness, the academic systems need to be re-formulated, a sound academic ecology should be built, and teacher resources should be properly allocated.
