摘要
分析了包装工程专业师资队伍建设现状,针对师资结构不合理、青年教师工程化实践能力不足、师资评价体系不科学和师资培训方式有待转变等问题,提出了优化调整师资结构、提升青年教师工程化实践能力、建立科学的师资评价体系和创新工程化应用型师资培训模式等工程化特色背景下师资队伍建设的新思路。
This paper analyzes the present situation of teaching staff construction in packaging engineering,including the irrational structure of teachers,the lack of practical ability of young teachers,the unscientific evaluation system for teachers and the imperfect teacher training methods.Then the new idea of teaching staff construction is proposed based on engineering background,such as optimizing the structure of teachers,enhancing engineering practice ability of young teachers,establishing scientific teacher evaluation system and improving the training mode of teachers.
