确定橡胶粘弹性模型参数的优化反推法研究 被引量:6

摘要 如何确定橡胶的粘弹性模型,从而应用有限元软件对橡胶制品进行动态特性分析是工程界现今面临的一大难题。为此,首先研究了基于ANSYS对橡胶制品的动态特性分析方法,而后提出了以Isight集成ANSYS和MATLAB来确定橡胶粘弹性模型参数的优化反推法,最后应用该方法确定了某型橡胶金属环的粘弹性模型,并进行了验证。 A new way to identify the parameters of viscoelastic model of rubber,and the application of FEM for analyzing dynamic characteristics of rubber products were presented.The method to analyzed dynamic characteristics of rubber products was studied.Anti-optimization method using the muilt-objects optimization software ISIGHT,integrated with the ANSYS and MATLAB was introduced to identify the parameters of viscoelastic model of rubber.The method was also used to identify the parameters of viscoelastic model of a certain type of rubber metal rings.The results,compared with the experimental results,show that the approach is effective.
