摘要
带式输送机是木材加工中常用的木片运输设备,其运送木片时易受激励影响造成输送带振动引起木片掉落或破损,因此提高输送带稳定性是一个技术难题。以带式输送机为研究对象,通过刚体有限元法将输送带离散为小带块,使用Adams二次开发建立轴套力进行弹性连接,完成输送带柔性建模。并且,对输送机运动系统进行动力学仿真,得到带块速度与位置曲线,主驱动辊、从动辊、张紧辊的接触力和铰接力等力学特性曲线。结果表明:(1)采用有限元离散分割法得到的带式输送机的仿真动态特性和理论相符,满足输送带实际运行情况;(2)将原有重锤式张紧装置转为固定式张紧装置可有效避免因托辊与张紧辊之间高度差引起的振动,减缓冲击,提高平稳性;(3)可适当在主、从动辊与张紧辊之间增加托辊以减缓因应力波而引起的振动干扰。
Belt conveyors are often used for conveying wood chips in wood processing.However,they are easilyaffected by excitation when transporting wood chips,causing the conveyor belt to vibrate and cause wood chips to fall or get damaged.Therefore,it is a technical problem to improve the stability of conveyor belts.Taking belt conveyors as the research object,the conveyor belt was discretized into small belt blocks with the rigid body finite element method in this paper.The secondary development of Adams was used to establish a bearing sleeve force for elastic connection,and the flexible modeling of the conveyor belt was completed.In addition,the dynamic simulation of the conveyor movement system was carried out to obtain the belt block speed and position curve and the mechanical characteristics curves of contact force and hinge force of main drive rollers,driven rollers and tensioning rollers.The results showed that the simulation dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor obtained with the finite element discrete segmentation method were consistent with the theory and met the actual operation of the conveyor belt;the original hammer type tensioning device was changed into a fixed tensioning device,which could effectively avoid the vibration caused by the height difference between the idler and the tensioning roller,reduce the impact force and improve operation stability;rollers could be appropriately added between the main rollers,driven rollers and the tensioning rollers to alleviate vibration interference caused by stress waves.
